Surfshark VPN service experts have compiled an Internet accessibility rating that shows how much a person needs to work to pay the cheapest Internet tariff, where Armenia resulted in the second line, and Israel is on the first line. According to the report, Armenia has the most affordable home Internet tariff in the world, which takes 18 minutes to pay for, and 8 minutes and 48 seconds to pay for the cheapest mobile Internet in the country.

Surfshark included the ranking in the Digital Quality of Life report, in which Armenia ranks 47th out of 117 countries (up 34 places from last year), 10th in Asia, and leads the region.

The 2022 Digital Quality of Life Index is a study on the quality of digital well-being across 117 countries (92% of the global population). The study indexes each country according to five pillars that impact a population's overall digital quality of life: Internet Affordability, Internet Quality, Electronic Infrastructure, Electronic Security, and electronic Government.
