Min. ticket size $10,000 ֏4,800,000. Yearly profit distribution for 3 years after world premiere. No voting rights. Additional VIP and film credit rights. Please note that the above-mentioned share (10%) is meant as a share in the project instead of the company and the number of employees can fluctuate from three to more than 60 (There are more than 10 volunteers. About company

Fish eye Art Cultural Foundation was founded in 2014, by co-founders Jivan Avetisyan and Masis Baghdasaryan. The company mission is to create, manage and implement cultural projects, particularly films, based on universal human values. To date, the company has produced Tevanik (2014), The Last Inhabitant (2016) and Gate to Heaven (2019) films, which have won many international awards and were created with international cooperation. The company has experience of approximately 8 years in collaboration and joint ventures with local and international leading companies, actors, creative groups and individuals. In 2021, in compliance with new film funding regulations in Armenia, Jivan Avetisyan founded LifeTree Pictures, LLC to bring the film Revival to the big screen jointly with the Fish eye Art Cultural Foundation.
