Founded in 2005, "ArtEnergyservice" company's initial activity was the implementation of electrical installation works, then the organization expanded its sphere of activity in the fields of construction, production and energy, where it has already implemented more than 120 different projects in the local market. One of the latest successful projects of the company is the establishment of an intensive cherry orchard in Yeghvard settlement of Syunik region, on an area of 5.5 hectares.

Armenia has an intensive garden support program. There are the following options:
1) Subsidization of interest rates on loans for the establishment of a garden on an area of 0.5 - 200 hectares
2) Subsidizing interest rates on loans for the construction of modern irrigation systems of 0.5-100 hectares and/or the construction of basins and/or the introduction of anti-grading nets of 0.5-100 hectares;
3) Subsidizing the interest rate on loans granted for growing 1.0-30 hectares of asparagus, leek, rucola, Brussels and Pekinian cabbage, kohlrabi, sprouts, courgettes (yellow or dark green), and Pattypan squash, as well as sweet corn.
4) Partial cost recovery of 0.5 (for each type of fruit) - 10 hectares for the base of the garden and 0.5-10 hectares for the implementation of a modern irrigation system (in the case of the foundation of the garden without taking into account the costs for the first year of care).
